“I recently had the opportunity to work with OJRV and specifically Ryan. The resume I had was outdated and no longer met the criteria for the keywords used by recruiters and hiring professionals. After a few very short phone calls with Ryan, we were able to create a working resume for my job searches.

His knowledge of how resumes are viewed and formatted for today’s employees and employers was outstanding. One of my main challenges is our home computer is very old, and some of the functions are not permitting me to save documents in PDF. He volunteered to assist and print my completed resume as a PDF allowing me to upload to job boards and direct to employers. This is what I consider outstanding customer service.
