Our Impact

Operation: Job Ready Veterans’ mission is “Bridging life’s transitional gaps for veterans, service members, and military families.” Ultimately, our goal is to ensure that veterans, military members, and military family members have the support and expertise they need to navigate the challenging and stressful transition period from military to civilian life. Our Employment Transition Managers work one-on-one with clients to assist them in all aspects of their transition from active-duty careers to civilian employment. OJRV places clients into improved employment, allowing them to find economic stability and self-sufficiency in the communities they choose to call home.
