OJRV’s One-on-One Career Transition Services equip veterans, service members, and military families with the tools and support to achieve meaningful careers and long-term economic mobility. Among the in-demand services OJRV will be offering at no cost to clients are individualized support for resume development, career interest and work value assessments, job search assistance, interview preparation, networking, social media utilization, and other direct support services to address individual barriers to employment.

“We are deeply grateful to The Palmer Foundation for their generous support of our team’s professional development. This commitment to our staff strengthens not only our skills but also our shared capacity to serve veterans and their family members with renewed energy and dedication,” shares OJRV Executive Director Dr. Gene Anderson. “We appreciate this investment in our staff members, all of whom are veterans or military spouses, so we can continue to provide exemplary service to our clients.”

OJRV Employment Transition Managers (ETMs) provide One-on-One Career Transition Services virtually and in person to OJRV clients.
