FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Operation: Job Ready Veterans Awarded Candid’s Highest Seal of Transparency

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (March 16, 2026) – Operation: Job Ready Veterans (OJRV) is honored to announce it has earned Candid’s 2026 Platinum Seal of Transparency, marking the seventh consecutive year OJRV has been awarded the highest level of recognition from Candid. A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Candid provides the world’s most comprehensive data tools on nonprofits, foundations, and grants.

Candid’s Seals of Transparency recognize the commitment nonprofits make to being transparent and giving donors and funders meaningful data to evaluate its impact so they can make informed giving decisions. Through their Candid profile, nonprofit organizations communicate important information about their mission, as well as their impact in the communities they serve.

“A seventh consecutive platinum rating from Candid is something we celebrate,” says Dr. Gene Anderson, OJRV’s executive director. “Being recognized by Candid with its highest Seal of Transparency is an accomplishment and a testament to our commitment to our mission. Our Candid profile with our platinum rating lets funders know that they can confidently invest in OJRV and our mission. We strive for full transparency in everything we do. It is rewarding to know that organizations like Candid recognize that.”

To achieve the platinum level, OJRV shared extensive information in its nonprofit profile on Candid, including a strategic plan detailing organizational goals and how they will be achieved as well as updated metrics to define its impact and outcomes. Nonprofit organizations that earn the Platinum Seal of Transparency must also have completed the requirements for the bronze, silver, and gold seals. By transparently sharing metrics that highlight the progress OJRV is making toward its mission, the organization is helping donors set a higher standard for conscientious stewardship and providing concrete tools for nonprofit evaluation to inform their decision-making.

OJRV constantly seeks to employ best practices in its work with clients—best practices guided by its mission as well as the most current data points available. With a solid history of successfully supporting veterans, service members, and military families through periods of transition, economic instability, underemployment, and unemployment, OJRV is proud to see recognition of its efforts to promote transparency and lasting impact by organizations like Candid.
