About Arnym

Arnym Pedraza serves as one of the OJRV Employment Transition Managers for Indiana. Arnym completed a successful military career of more than 17 years, retiring from the U.S. Army with the rank of major (P). She was privileged to serve in various command and staff positions in the United States and overseas, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. A disabled combat veteran, she now serves as a caregiver to her parents.

Arnym is working toward her Executive Certificate in business administration and doctorate in leadership through Liberty University. She has an MSA in leadership and a Project Management Certificate from Central Michigan University. Arnym volunteers for several local, not-for-profit organizations in Fort Wayne, including as commander for the Jim Eby Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 847, treasurer and chapter service officer (Level II) for the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 40, and commander for the Allen County Council of Veterans Organizations.

Arnym seeks to assist other veterans, service members, and military families in the Fort Wayne area, providing them with the tools needed to better themselves in today’s workforce.
