Success Story

My transition from the military was difficult because of how much I expected other workers to take immediate action on issues.  It seemed as though things that I prioritized were not a priority to others. I had also grown accustomed to addressing folks in a very formal manner and it took a long time for me to adapt to civilian culture.  OJRV helped rework my resume to better highlight my experiences and education and coached me to improve my interviewing skills.
