“The biggest challenge I faced in looking for a job after leaving the military was finding somewhere I felt like I fit in and could grow at professionally. It was hard coming from military back to a civilian lifestyle. I grew accustomed to being around Veterans, and finding somewhere to work where it felt like I fit in was tough. I was able to schedule an interview and get a job offer after searching for over a year. It has been a struggle to find full-time employment and something that I loved doing.
