Operation: Job Ready Veterans Receives Grant from The Marilyn Lichtman Foundation to Provide Career Transition Services for Veterans, Service Members, and Military Families

Indianapolis, IN (July 21, 2023) – Operation: Job Ready Veterans (OJRV) has received grant funding from The Marilyn Lichtman Foundation to provide individualized career transition services for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.

OJRV’s One-on-One Career Transition Services help illuminate pathways to economic mobility and create a transformational and lasting impact on the lives of veterans, service members, and military families. Among the in-demand services OJRV will be offering at no cost to clients are individualized support for resume development, career interest and work value assessment, job search assistance, interview preparation, networking, social media utilization, and other direct support services to address individual barriers to employment.

“The Marilyn Lichtman Foundation grant will have a direct impact on military veterans and their families, changing their lives for the better,” shared OJRV Executive Director Gene Anderson. “Together, we are helping military-connected individuals achieve meaningful employment and become thriving members of their civilian communities.
