Indianapolis, IN (March 14, 2024) – Operation: Job Ready Veterans (OJRV) is honored to announce a grant award from the U.S. Venture/Schmidt Family Foundation. This grant will go directly to helping veterans, service members, and military family members find meaningful civilian employment through OJRV’s One-on-One Transition Services. This award marks the second time OJRV has been fortunate enough to receive support from the Foundation.

“We are honored to be a recipient of a grant from the U.S. Venture/Schmidt Family Foundation,” said OJRV Executive Director Gene Anderson. “Their mission to be a catalyst for change supporting self-sufficiency, community enrichment, and vulnerable populations is exactly what we are about at OJRV. Generous funders like the Foundation allow us to help deserving military members, veterans, and their families successfully transition to civilian life. We look forward to being able to help even more deserving individuals through this generous donation.”

OJRV looks forward to developing its partnership with the U.S. Venture/Schmidt Family Foundation even further and is proud to support the Foundation’s mission through this grant.
