Operation: Job Ready Veterans Hires New Team Member

Indianapolis, IN (October 30, 2020) – Operation: Job Ready Veterans (OJRV) is pleased to announce it has recently hired Retired Senior Chief Petty Officer Patrick Drabick as OJRV Director of Operations.

Patrick Drabick is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana. He attended Excelsior College and graduated with his Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in administrative/management studies in June of 2006 and in April of 2017 earned his Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS) in business and management. In March of 2014, he graduated from the Naval War College’s Senior Enlisted Academy, the Navy’s top leadership school.

In his 24 years on active duty, he served in many roles. As an aviation electronics technician, he worked on aircraft such as the F-14, F-18, Sh-60B, and numerous others. After being stationed overseas for three-and-a-half years, he came back stateside to recruiting duty. His final duty station in Portland, Oregon had him overseeing the entire enlisted mission for a five-state area. It was also during this time he was recognized locally and regionally as the Inspirational Leader of the Year.

Post-retirement, Mr. Drabick has worked as an executive director of a multi-million-dollar company as well as the executive vice president and partner at his first start-up, and now he owns his own consulting business, True Heading. He joins the team at Operation: Job Ready Veterans as the director of operations to continue his passion for working with veterans.
