Vadi Dodge

Employment Transition Manager – Missouri

Vadi Dodge serves as an OJRV Employment Transition Manager in Missouri. Being a senior in high school during 9/11 inspired Vadi to join the U.S. Army right after graduation. He enlisted at 18 years old to become an infantryman. Vadi spent nine years in the U.S. Army with several of those years spent oversees on deployment. Vadi was honorably discharged in 2011 and moved back home to St. Louis, Missouri where he earned a Bachelor of Science at Saint Louis University. Since graduation, Vadi has held multiple positions in the healthcare and logistics industries.

Vadi competed in collegiate-level hockey and was named one of the team’s captains. He has run several marathons and completed two Ironman triathlons. This competitive and endurance background fuels his drive to support veterans and their family members.

In his free time, Vadi volunteers with several veteran organizations to help give back to the community, often providing support at veteran-focused gatherings. He was selected for a fellowship with The Mission Continues after he departed service, where he facilitated an after-school soccer program for six local elementary schools. He also volunteers often at several local food pantries, helping to pack meals for families in need. This strong community connection will undoubtedly help Vadi as he assists veterans, current service members, and their families with transition.
