Roger Peterman

Colonel (Retired) Roger Peterman is a graduate of Oakland City University, where he graduated with a B.S. in Human Resource Management.
In 1967, Colonel Peterman enlisted in the Army National Guard and served in the Field Artillery in both enlisted and officer positions. He commanded two Artillery Batteries, an Artillery Battalion, and the 38th Division Artillery before retiring in March of 2000.
In civilian life, Colonel Peterman retired in 2002 as a corporate logistics manager for Thomson Consumer Electronics, where he was employed for 38 years. Colonel Peterman served as Indiana’s ESGR state chairman from 2006-2012. He has served nine years as the transition assistance advisor for the state of Indiana.
Despite his busy schedule, Colonel Peterman owns a small metalworking business and is active in his church, the National Guard Association, the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), the American Legion, and AMVETS. He enjoys spending free time with his wife and family.
