About Miguel

Miguel Chavez brings over 20 years of recruiting and workforce development experience to the OJRV team in his role as Veteran Recruiter. While not a veteran himself, Miguel has several family members who have served in the military, and he has also developed a deep passion for assisting veterans while advising them in career services for the State of Indiana. He was certified through the Department of Labor’s (DOL) National Veterans’ Training Institute in 2016 to ensure that he would provide the best service to Indiana veterans. When Miguel is away from the office, he spends time with his family hiking, camping, and enjoying the outdoors.
