About Michael

Michael serves as an Employment Transition Manager in Michigan, dedicated to supporting veterans in their transitional gaps and enhancing job and career readiness. With a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy and a substantial background in human resources, he offers expertise in recruiting, talent management, and related areas, striving to meet the employment needs of his veteran community. Michael embodies the core values of Operation: Job Ready Veterans, demonstrating integrity and excellence in service, and utilizing his skills, leadership, and forward-thinking approach to bridge life’s transitional gaps for veterans, service members, and military families. Proud of his degrees in psychology and business administration, along with his SPHR certification, he remains committed to continuous professional development.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Michael participates in various trials with his Belgian Malinois dogs, including personal protection, odor detection, shed antler hunting, dock diving, and obedience. He also breeds Belgian Malinois for high-level sporting homes and police K-9 work, with some deployed in law enforcement and others undergoing training at specialized centers.
