About Kim

Kim Dart serves as the regional director of central operations, managing Indiana and Michigan. She helps veterans establish goals and pursue career-building opportunities.

She served honorably in the U.S. Air Force as a dental assistant journeyman within the 20th Medical Group at Royal Air Force Upper Heyford, United Kingdom, and the 437th Medical Group at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. Upon transitioning from the military, Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Concordia University Wisconsin. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, understanding continuous improvement methodologies.

A March 2020 graduate of the Indianapolis Veterans Employment Transition Seminar (VETS) course, Kim’s most significant takeaway was the realization that she wanted to work in an environment where she belonged. She found that at OJRV.

In her off time, Kim loves spending time with her family and close friends, traveling, and attending music concerts and sporting events.
