About Joshua

Josh Hernandez serves as Operation: Job Ready Veterans Employment Transition Manager for the state of Kentucky. His role allows him to assist veterans and their family members with addressing various transition-related issues and seeking meaningful employment. Josh supports clients with resume writing, interview techniques, successful networking, and other challenges.

Serving in active and reserve status between two branches, as well as in various civilian roles, has allowed Josh to understand the landscape of transition from military to civilian. He earned his bachelor’s degree in applied science and adult education from the University of Texas and was an award-winning military recruiter. Josh joins the team with additional experience as a direct-hire scout in the industrial and machining industries.

As a service member and talent management connoisseur, Josh is excited to provide support and assistance to Kentucky veterans throughout their transition from military to civilian employment.
