About Celeste

M. Celeste Ross is the Women Veterans Outreach Coordinator (WVOC) for Indiana University’s Center for Veteran and Military Students. As the WVOC, Celeste’s vision is to build a strong community of prior and current servicewomen from across Indiana University who understand the challenges, trials, burdens, and joys particular to women who have spent time in uniform. She hopes the WVOC will serve as a rallying point for IU military women to come together for support, encouragement, resources, and connection. Celeste is a 15-year U.S. Marine Corps veteran and has over two decades of public relations experience.
