“Coming home and finding a job that had a purpose was the hardest part of transitioning out of the military.

Kim helped by asking about my interests and delved into my background history. She performed an initial resume revision, and then she had me tweak it to my liking. Sometime later she found a position that was really geared toward my interests. I applied, went through the interview process, received, and accepted the job offer. I started my new position early in 2024.

While I was in the military, I was a truck driver and performed security. Now I am a classroom security paraprofessional and can continue working with youth and helping make a positive impact on their lives. I now have a position with purpose.
